Are you ready and willing to get your wellness plan underway but need a little guidance? Using a specialized software program, our fitness team will measure various aspects of your physical fitness including body fat, cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and more. We will analyze the following areas to determine your current fitness level:
• Blood Pressure
• Body Fat
• Cardiovascular Endurance
• Muscular Strength
