Overview:

Indoor cycling classes are 45-minutes long, and welcome all levels and abilities. Instructors motivate participants through jumps, hill climbs, intervals and coasts for an ultimate cardio workout. Fun, upbeat music keeps you motivated and makes class fun!

Tuesday: 5:30PM – 6:15PM – Candice – AOERC
Wednesday: 6:15PM – 7:00PM – Danielle – AOERC
Thursday: 5:30PM – 6:15PM – Candice – AOERC
Friday: 5:15PM – 6:00PM – Danielle – AOERC

Cycling Pass System:

Each registrant receives a sticker to put on the back of their cards. After registration, please pick up your sticker at the front desk (either ACSR or AOERC). Show this sticker to the Fitness Desk Attendant to put your name on the sign in sheet. Passes will be sold all quarter long, and each pass holder can participate in classes on a first come, first served basis. Be sure to come early to your class to ensure your spot on a bike. Once you buy a pass, you can attend any classes from the list above all quarter long.

Cost

Students — $50
Faculty/Staff — $60
Stanford Community — $70*
BeWell — $30**
1-class pass — $5 (pending availability)

*Stanford students, Faculty/Staff and Stanford Community are eligible to participate in Recreation Classes. Stanford Community members are Dependents 18 and older, Spouses, Hospital Employees who have purchased an Athletic Access Card, Retirees, or Partners of a Student, Faculty or Staff., Retirees, or Partners of a Student, Faculty or Staff.

**BeWell note: To be eligible for the BeWell $30 rate, benefits-eligible employees must complete the Stanford Health and Lifestyle Assessment (SHALA) in 2014. If you have specific questions about the BeWell program or want to participate please go to bewell.stanford.edu. As a BeWell eligible employee, please note you are eligible for 2 classes per quarter at the BeWell $30 rate.

Registration

Please register through this link beginning Monday January 5 at 8AM. Please note you will need to create an Ideal Logic account during the registration process if you have not already done so.
